Social Group @ Taliesin
Participants at the Neath Port Talbot Social Group joined with those from the Swansea Social Group to a visit to the Taliesin in Swansea University in May.
The group enjoyed a look around the exhibition on images in Swansea and took part in a discussion to identify images that they felt captured their attention. It was a good array of choices from those that interesting images where the frames were bigger than the image to those on familiar topics such as the market and Joes ice cream.
Also at the Taliesin was an exhibition of work by Noah Loo aged 9 who displayed images of his own imagination. Noah has a diagnosis of autism and ASDES participants were in awe of his skills at such a young age. His images sparked much discussion from all those with an interest in Anime
Finally to round off the afternoon the group took a stroll into Singleton Park to appreciate the exhibition of natural beauty in the plants and wildlife around.
